Refund policy
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment (as stated in the booking agreement). Once payment has been made, the booking is considered final unless otherwise stated.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
The following are NON-REFUNDABLE:
- Airline tickets (subject to airline rules)
- Hotel reservations marked as non-refundable
- Tour packages with promo or discounted rates
- Service fees, processing fees, and reservation fees
3. Cancellation by Guest / Client
If the guest cancels, the refund will depend on the date of cancellation:
30 days or more before travel date
👉 Partial refund (minus non-refundable fees)
15–29 days before travel date
👉 50% refund (subject to supplier charges)
14 days or less before travel date
👉 NO REFUND
No Show
👉 NO REFUND
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30–60 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
- Bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion fees will be shouldered by the client.
5. Rebooking / Travel Credit
- Rebooking is allowed subject to availability and supplier approval.
- Rebooking fees and fare differences (if any) will be shouldered by the client.
- Travel credit (if applicable) is valid only within ___ months.
6. Cancellation by the Company
If the tour is canceled due to:
- Force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.)
- Airline or supplier cancellation
👉 The company may offer:
- Rebooking
- Travel credit
- Refund (subject to actual refunds received from suppliers)
7. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond its control such as weather conditions, strikes, government actions, or health emergencies.
8. Policy Acceptance
By confirming a booking and making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Return and Refund Policy.
